** Basecamp Overnight Lodge Attendant**

**Description**

**Essential Functions:**

* Position provides support to the Basecamp Lodge Manager.

* Present friendly customer service.

* Act as Mountain Host for all guests, give directions, answer questions, etc.

* Check-In and out guests between the hours of 11pm and 7am

* Ability to create new, modify or cancel reservations

* Respond to guests request, concerns, or emergencies

* Remove debris from driveways and all public areas inside or out.

* Replace light bulbs.

* Gather and empty trash.

* Ability to shovel snow and ensure safe grounds for guests

* Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.

* Carry out all policies and procedures of the Arizona Snowbowl as described in Employee Handbook- Uniform, Grooming Standards

* Report to work in Uniform Fit for Duty in full Uniform- Nametag, Season Pass

* Maintain the highest degree of professionalism and service.

**Education / Training / License(s) / Certification(s) Requirements:**

Alcohol Training Certification is preferred

**Physical Requirements:**

Be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
